Who we are

José Pinto do Nascimento, 130, Indústrias I (Barreiro), Belo Horizonte, MG, CEP 30610-190, Brazil. Main activity: other business support service activities not elsewhere classified (CNAE 82.99-7-99). No secondary activities are registered.

For the purposes of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD), the proprietor is the controller of the data described in this policy. When working inside a client company's premises and accessing that company's data because the service requires it, he acts as a processor, following the client's instructions.

Data we collect

• Business contact details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company and role of the person requesting a service, received by email, phone or in person.
• Work order data: address of the unit served, description of the service, and the names of the person following the job and the person signing it off.
• Billing data: legal name, CNPJ or CPF, address and any information required to issue invoices and receipts.
• Website access logs: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, generated by the hosting infrastructure.
• Messages: the content of communications exchanged during the service.

The contact form on this site records nothing: when you click send, it opens your own email program with the text filled in. The message is sent from your email account, outside this site.

Purposes

• Answering quote requests and preparing the work order;
• Carrying out and recording the services hired, including the final sign-off;
• Issuing invoices, receipts and other documents required by law;
• Staying in touch about services in progress or completed;
• Meeting legal, tax, labor and regulatory obligations;
• Protecting the site and systems against misuse.

Sharing

• Accounting and advisory: the accounting firm and, when needed, legal counsel, to meet tax and contractual obligations;
• Infrastructure: hosting, domain registration and email providers that support this site and our communications;
• Material suppliers: only the delivery address, when a service requires buying or delivering materials at the client's site;
• Authorities: public bodies, when there is a legal obligation or court order.

All of the providers above receive only what the task requires and are bound by confidentiality.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking, advertising or audience analytics cookies. The content delivery network hosting the pages may set cookies strictly necessary for the security and operation of the connection. Blocking cookies in your browser does not prevent you from reading the pages or contacting us by email or phone.

Retention

• Quote data with no contract: until the conversation ends and for a reasonable period in case it resumes;
• Data from completed work orders: for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable limitation periods;
• Tax and accounting documents: for the statutory period, as a rule 5 years;
• Data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn.

Once these periods end, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, on request, you have the right to:

• confirm whether processing takes place and access your data;
• request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
• request portability to another provider;
• withdraw consent and be told the consequences;
• know with whom your data has been shared;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Security

• Every page on this site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS);
• Work orders, invoices and messages are accessible only to the proprietor and the accounting firm, with individual credentials;
• Paper documents, where they exist, are kept in a restricted-access location;
• Practices are reviewed periodically.

A security incident that may pose a relevant risk to data subjects will be reported to the ANPD and to the people affected within the legal deadlines.

International transfers and external links

The hosting and email providers we use may keep servers outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer relies on the grounds set out in article 33 of the LGPD, with contractual guarantees of equivalent protection. This site may link to third-party pages, such as the ANPD portal; this policy does not cover those pages, which have their own rules.

Changes

This policy may be revised whenever the activity, the law or the providers change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the revision date shown at the top. Relevant changes are communicated to active clients by email.
